Hi Guru's!!! I need help purchasing a 4bdrm forclosure in the Greensboro NC area for $10,500. as my first piece of property and my start in this Creative Real Estate business. Any one willing to help me obtain this property or purchase it themselves and split the profit with me or something so I can get some capital started to begin this business. Please someone help me get started and I will forever be GRATEFUL to you.

What exactly is it, condo or home? And what is it worth, according to Comps of similar properties in that area. Need a little more information.

I wonder if - this is a doublewide on a lot,
- this is a homeowner's association lien foreclosing subject to a superior mortgage note, or
- this is a junior noteholder foreclosing subject to any number of superior mortgage notes.
Any details you can provide would be helpful.
