We are the "easy" Real Estate Investors association in the Atlanta area. What we mean by easy is there are no requirements to attend. We don't have a membership, there are no annual dues and you don't have to RSVP. Just show up. Since we only charge $10 per person at the door you really can't go wrong.
We have been meeting for the last 3 1/2 years and our numbers have been growing. The attendance is about 100 at this time and we expect to be building even more in 2005!

Over the years we have learned that networking, networking, networking with other investors and interested parties is a KEY element to creating a profitable and long-term business.
We are also very interested in the quality of services, products, and real estate presented at our association. As an open forum for ideas, opportunities, and real estate we cannot fully investigate all offerings. Please do your own due diligence and make your own decisions. Should we find anything that is not ethical or legal, that product or service will be eliminated from the offerings at our association.
